These trips took place in May 2007. The goal was to bring medical attention and water filtration systems to the area along with the gospel and discipleship. We focused our efforts on the village of San Jose Maspac. It has been identified as a central location to base out of for the 17 village area.

Steve Haag, Mark Sena, Nathan Terrell, Joel Arcos, Pastor Jacobo Sanchez, and Dr. Ramiro Marrero made up the team.

We spent 3 nights and 4 days prayer walking, showing gospel films, distributing the gospel of John, attending to the sick, installing water filtration systems and planning out next visit.

8 pure water systems were installed and 6 more are on back order, over 130 sick people were attended to physically and every one of them were prayed with after sharing the gospel, some made professions of faith.

We are looking forward to our next trip, meanwhile we are faced with the responsibility of discipleing our new brothers and sisters. We are praying that Pastor Jocobo and Joel will be able to continue that with the aid of Eufemio and Josue Bonifaz. NJT

Bad roads, a lot of mud slides often cutting the road down to one lane. This is a 2 foot drop off that has still not been fixed since the February trip.

This is the clinic space, dinning room, and hammock land. This 10x12 room is graciously provided by Felipe and his wife every time we visit. It is the only room in their house with a floor and block walls.

These are the photos of the folks that purchased pure water systems. We offered the systems at cost to make them more available and to be sure that folks were going to apreciate and care for them properly.
